I want to create BOM that its quantity of component consumed not depend on quantity of product. The quantity of component is constant value. Example, when produce 100 units of product, component is used 1000 units. And when produce 300 units of product, components is still used 1000 units. Is it possible. And how to do this.

What is the real scenario, so that the BOM is always constant?

I have an idea to make constant BOM line by apply "Fixed Scrap Quantity" in Routing.

I can define "Routing Link Code." in Production BOM and define "Fixed Scrap Quantity" in Routing.

Finally, I will get the constant BOM line. Have anyone idea on this?

This is not possible by standard NAV functionality. Production BOM has nothing to do with this request. Consumed quantity is calculate on Production Order. You can make customization on 'Refresh Production Order' report to writte only BOM lines quantities in 'Prod. Order Components' table in 'Expected Quantity' field. When you want to post consumption, system use this values as quantities.
