In my organization, the option "New Lead Qualification Experience" is enabled
However, when I click on the Qualify button, it opens the Qualify Lead screen, but I click on the button, and nothing happens
I followed the articles below, where I adjusted the permissions correctly, but it still does not create, even though with the Administrator profile the record is Qualified, I need help to understand which permission is missing

Strange! Just now I was able to qualify the lead. Try clearing the Cache maybe that can work.
