Hi Team,
Before upgrade to CRM 9.1(On oremise) we are getting editable grid which was easy for user
Afer upgrade, even I enabled editable grid, still it opens a quick create form instead of selection of product lookup
How Can i stop this? Here quick create form cannot be disabled.
Hi Khalil,
It’s by-design.
In UCI, The OOB editable grid is only for editing purpose and you can’t do a create operation on it, which just provides an easy way to modify record data without navigating to the record.
The quick create form or main form will open when you add new child records in sub-grid
If you want to disable quick create, you need go Settings > Customizations > Customize the system > Entities > Quote Line to uncheck ‘quick create’ option.
