How to change the placement of SSRS Parameters on the dialog Report Parameter form

Hi All,

Can you please help me to find a way of how to change the placement of SSRS Parameters on the dialog Report Parameter form, by using SysAttribute Class or any class that inherited it?

For example: I need to have tree columns on the dialog form and some parameters (within one column) should be divided by any (if it exist) separator or should be placed at bottom of the dialog form.

This topic (https://community.dynamics.com/ax/f/33/t/113872.aspx) and many others, just showing the similar attributes, which can group the parameters within one column, but I need a bit different.

Maybe there is a method by using functionality of Visual Studio? If – yes, please specify which one (functionality of Visual Studio)?.

Thank you

Oleksandr

    Hi Ragoza,

In order to place the report parameters under different groups on report parameter form, you need to create a UI Builder class for your report. There are plenty of examples for this in AX. One of the class with different groups on parameter form is LedgerEncumbranceReconciliationUIBuilder class. Also take a look at BudgetFundsAvailableUIBuilder class.

Please let me know if you have further queries.

    Thanks,

    Baber.
