Hi,
I get the following error I am integrating NAV 2009 and CRM 2011 on Premise.
Option set name (new_account_dynamics_isreadyforintegration)
Doesn’t match with the from existing option set
(dynamics_isreadyforintegration_account)
When running the Utility for CRM.
I have manually trie to import the ERP solution but still no luck.
Any help would be much appreciated.

Thank you for the reply yes it was upgraded from CRM 4.0 to CRM 2011.
It did eventually work after the sql script.
But had so many issues with the latest version of connector.
Microsoft had to actaully make changes in the config files to make it work.

Was this system upgraded from CRM 4.0 by chance? If so then you will need to run a SQL script against you database to update the options set to have the proper name. I believe that this was dcoumented in the most recent known issues document. If not, support is definately aware of the situation and can help you through what you need to do to get this working.
