On-Hand inventory with status Available even after SO is Shipped.

Hi All, 

I'm having an issue with the on-hand inventory from the released product screen, showing a record with no inventory associated but with License plate and Status available. Even if i update the dimension to be

quantity = <> 0. Can anyone give me an idea of why this might be happening?

Customer is on CU9 uses WMS and Pack functionality to ship. The container has been closed, Packing slip posted, ASN/shipment have been confirmed and sent.
