Hello. Hoping for some advice on goals.
We have monthly account based goals that are not properly updating Actual and In-Progress fields. Overall goals are refreshed every 24 hours and this is true for our location and individual seller goals yet when working through our account goals these fields aren't refreshed.
Account based goals have the correct Opportunities in the 'Participating Records'. (I crossed checked by running an adv. find). Thus Rollup Queries are correct with proper data showing.
For example: the In-Progress shows $43K in revenue yet this field should have $0.00 and was last updated on 2/27/2020.
What would cause the Actual and In-Progress fields to not populate correct revenues even though the 'Participating Records' tab is correct?
