In the capacity section of the power platform I can see the database usage of the environments. Ww have exceeded the limit and trying to reduce it. I found in the web severla hints but it would be helpful to know, what data is using most of the capacity. I found not tool or report for this.

I have the same question (2)

    Hi Dirk Schüller-Möller,

How much storage do you have? Each environment takes up a certain amount of storage when it is created, and when there are too many environments, the storage can easily be filled with these system files. Since the wave2 update most of the data generated during its use has been moved to the File, so perhaps you should check to see if you need to buy more storage.

To see more details: click Capacity -> Dataverse -> Details

For more details about database usage, go to Resources in the Power Platform admin center -> Select the Detail button on the Trial tab view to see your organization’s capacity utilization at the environment level.

The above graph displays the top database tables and their growth over time along with their usages. Clicking on the database table name will highlight a particular table graph. Hovering over the graph shows the date and displays the database table and its usage. You can view the graph full screen, download it in PNG, and download all tables in excel format by clicking on the hamburger menu drawer on the rightmost corner of the graph.
In addition to database usage, you can also see File usage and Log usage.

    Hope this helps.

    Thanks!

ÃŽ figured out, that the ActivityPointerBase consumes 65% of the capacity in our productive environment. We have one significant increase of 1,8GB at one day. How can this happen. The attachments are stored in the files capacity. So only the e-mail bodies, description of tasks and appointment should be part of ActivityPointerBase. I can not imagine what event can cause such a big step.
