The screen shot of error is attached to Question : 
 
First, I found error VS 2022 is not installed , so I installed VS2022 and enabled D365 F&O extension for development using below link.
Update script for service model : DevToolsservice on machine using below link

    I don't think it is worth all your efforts to fix the environment when you can just provision a new one from LCS to replace it which will work straight away, or even better make use of the Azure hosted agent to run the build for you.
