I am new to power pages and was exploring the modern community template for a business requirement. I created a new Power page site and noticed that the basic page / web templates web files web pages and other configurations were not created. so i decided to delete the Power page site, to create a new one. the site was created but the underlying website in the portal management cannot be deleted.

Did you delete it in portal management? Are there any error details or error logs?
or could you provide screenshots?
we recreated the same template on a different environment and still no files were created. we are assuming is because we lack the necessary dynamics 365 licenses to create a d365 template portal.
yes i deleted the site first then tried to delete the website in the portal management, the only error message is "This record should not be deleted"
