Hello,
Every so often we have appointments that do not sync with Dynamics. It seems to happen very randomly and we have not been able to find a solution.
Its been happening for quite some time. Some days we will see nearly a hundred not synced, some days they all sync.
Has anyone else ever dealt with this issue? Every time we open a ticket with Microsoft, it seems to eventually resolve itself preventing us from finding the real issue.

We do... what about workflows or flows that trigger on appointment create? Do those matter or just plug ins?
Is there anything else I should look at or is that the only thing that could cause this?

Could you check if you have any plugins that are triggering on appointments?
This could be due to a plugin throwing an exception on the create event.
