Every so often we have appointments that do not sync with Dynamics. It seems to happen very randomly and we have not been able to find a solution.
Its been happening for quite some time. Some days we will see nearly a hundred not synced, some days they all sync.
Has anyone else ever dealt with this issue? Every time we open a ticket with Microsoft, it seems to eventually resolve itself preventing us from finding the real issue.
This is the Warning we usually see:
An internal Microsoft Dynamics 365 error occurred while synchronizing appointments, contacts, and tasks for the mailbox XYZ The owner of the associated email server profile XYZ has been notified. The system will try again later.
Email Server Error Code: Crm.80040265.ISV code aborted the operation.
