Is there a way to set up notifications/reminders of when to follow up with customers? Set up a reminder for a week and which accounts I need to follow up with. I'm new to D365, previously used SAP.

Hi @CU11041956-0,

Not out of the box, unfortunately (Unless I'm wrong and you can use process automation for it). You are looking into either creating a customization or use Power Automate to help you with creating activities.

Alternatively you can create a tile based on a view of the collection journals that can show the customers you need to review.
