There is one D365 CRM where 3 portals have installed and linked to the same CRM instance. While registering (signing up/creating a contact) from one portal, it gives an error that this email address is already available when there is already a contact with same email address created by other portal as all portal are using same email address field.
We have replaced OOB email field with custom one where the error is not populating if there is any such situation as stated above. But replacing OOB email field with custom field stops sending invitation email with redeem invitation code and unable to reset forgot password as well.
Can you please suggest how to handle this kind of situation.
