    Hi,

If you create a new account in CRM with only the following data:

    - Account Name

    - Relationship Type: Customer

Does that get synched after you ensure the relevant job queue is not set On Hold? I just tested the scenario and it does work fine for me. If not, the question is if the account being used in CRM does exist as a user in BC and is also a coupled salesperson. Or if the user being used in CRM  is a user in BC and is coupled as a salesperson in BC, the user should not be the integration user in BC. You can verify via the CRM Connection Page in BC (as the account used there should be non interactive / not used to logon to CRM).

    To summarize:

    1. test with a new account in CRM (Account Name / Relationship Type = Customer)

    2.  account / customer job queue should be set to Ready (not On Hold)

    3. logged on user to BC /CRM should not be listed as the integration user in BC

    Hope it does help.

    Hello,

To find out why accounts do not travel from CRM to BC, I would try to look up the account via one of the customers that did synch already in BC. To do so, edit the customer, select Navigate, Coupling, Setup Coupling and then click the lookup or three dots directly under Dynamics 365 for Sales. If the account is not listed there, job queue won't pick it up either and you need to find out why BC does not recognize this account as a "customer". For instance, that would happen if the relation type is not set to customer (as you already mentioned as well, so it is unlikely that this is root cause for you). You can also try to couple of an empty customer with a test account in CRM and perform a manual synch. Via Integration Table Mapping, you can look for the error in the log and then work through the details to resolve the issue.

    Thank you.

    Hi Marco,

Thanks for quick reply, the workaround resolves my issue one ,all the entries from Business Central to CRM are syncing  but my CRM Accounts are not syncing to  Business Central Customers,i have checked the below setup and all are looks fine

    1. Search for and open the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Connection Setup page. In the ribbon, click on the Integration Table Mappings button. In the Integration Table Mappings page, locate the line with Name/Table value of CUSTOMER/Customer. Ensure that the far right column (Synch Only Coupled Records) is unmarked.

    2. In CRM, for each Account that you wish to synchronise, the Relationship Type field value must be Customer. This field is not included in the Account page, by default. It must be added to the page.
