How can i add the Add In in Outlook?
Hi partner,
Please refer to this article https://stoneridgesoftware.com/how-to-install-the-dynamics-365-app-for-outlook/
Step 1. Go to Email Configuration Settings, select default synchronization methods to Server-Side Synchronization.
Step 2. Edit the mailboxs, select synchronization methods to Server-Side Synchronization.
Step 3. Test the mailboxes, make sure that each mailbox has 4 successes.
Step 4. Go to Settings > Dynamics 365 App for Outlook,
Check "Automatically add Dynamics 365 App for Outlook to all eligible users".
Step 5. Enable "Use Dynamics 365 App for Outlook" in the security roles for users.
