Yes. For a small number of contacts, you can create registrations manually from the event’s Registration and attendance tab.
For bulk registration, the typical approach is to use Power Automate, Dataverse APIs, or a custom integration to create an individual event registration record for each contact and link it to the relevant event. The automation should also validate duplicate registrations, event capacity, and any required session or pass information.
Customer Insights - Journeys supports event registration through registration forms and APIs, but bulk registration of existing contacts generally requires automation rather than a standard bulk-select action.
