FNO Virtual Machine Setup without License ?

Dears Experts
 
We want to Trail and experience Dynamics Finance and OPS VM. License is not purchased but we were able to download the VM from shared asset library and trying to connect with VM to see how its working and how can customize it
So without buying license of FNO we can run the trail customization options will work or we must need to buy ? We have azure subscription as well.
I am trying to run configure VM with below link

    In case you have an implementation project on LCS or a partner trial, then indeed you could download the VHD files for the virtual machine. In that case, you can follow the procedure and register the app registration, create a certificate, and change the admin user to an account on your tenant.
     
    You can use the VM which comes with trial licenses for all components, apart from Visual Studio. For this solution, you need a license. The entitlement to use and customize Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations comes with the implementation project or partner trial on LCS.
