Power automate flows in customer journeys

Hi all

i know when it comes to create a journey, you can use the "run workflow" tile to trigger custom automated process

i wonder if i could do the same with power automate?

i.e i create a segment, then i send an email to the previous segment and and add a power automate tile for whatever reason

    Hi,

    It cannot be used directly as workflow.

    The flow can be used in customer journey in synergy with the Custom Channel tile.

    Here is an example.
