I apologize you did not get a response to your post. Ava tax is a 3rd party, so perhaps you can go back to them for assistance as I do not support it. Here is the video from Microsoft on the combined invoice from SOP. I hope this is helpful to you. For consolidated invoice functions, there are several good demos from Microsoft Partners as well on youtube.com that you can check out.
