ERP (Delphi + Oracle) integration with Dynamics CRM 365

Hi,

we already have an E.R.P developed with Delphi and Oracle to our needs; so we need manage new prospects (contacts, meetings, proposals and etc) as we need to manage current customers from Sales teams.

Is there some tool to be use to integrate/exchange information from/to both sides or its native? Where could we find more information about integrations?

Just to clarify so situations:

As the sales team contact customers and update phone numbers and e-mail address - for example, we need move that updated info to our E.R.P (if it was a current customer);
If a customer bought some product for more than 40 days our E.R.P should automatically start a new task on CRM to contact and ask if everything is ok or maybe if he needs buy more products...

Hi Renato

I would suggest looking at Scribe online or Kingswaysoft - You can map fields and create rules in the integration layer
