    Hi Ram,

This entity is enabled for Country region "Thailand" only. What data are you trying to import? Based on that we can suggest an entity you can use.

    Hi Ram,

Just wondering whether you can enter those IDs manually.

Have you tried doing that for a single customer?

    Best regards,

    Ludwig

    Hi,

The three entities (Registration IDs, Registration IDs on customer, Registration IDs on vendor) are only used for TH.

And for the global customer, we have to use below entity (Registration numbers).

If global customers use TH entity then you will get the following error.

Please verify the below LCS link:

    Hi Ram,

Can you provide a screenshot of the form and field where you would fill in the customer registration ID?

Have you already tried Registration numbers entity (TaxRegistrationLegislativeEntity) suggested by Sheela?

    HI Martin Drab,

In Registration numbers entity i have party number but there is no customer number against Registration ID.

I want to import customer Registration numbers.

    please suggest.

    Regards,

Yes, I know it uses party numbers. It's actually good thing, because you want to import IDs for both customers and vendors and this entity can do that.

If you have a problem with that, you'll have to implement two custom data entities for your particular requirements (and for customers and one for vendors). Note that you can use TaxRegistrationLegislativeEntity as a data source of your new entities.
