Is there a way to turn off the option appearing when you go to print as to whether to use Standard or Word Template?
Client is telling me they never used to see this option but now it is appearing. They have never used Word Templates and have no desire to do so.
Lisa, they use GP Reports Viewer from Flex-Solutions. I had them print again, this time selecting Standard and then the print dialog box remembered the prior setting. I am going to uncheck the Enable box as well.
Is the issue that they have to change from Template to Standard in the print dialog box? If so, you can unmark the Word Templates option for the company at Reports > Template Configuration. (If they use Word Templates for some documents, you'll have to drill in a bit more to select which are in use.)
