Manufacturing- Parallel Production

Hi All,

My client has a following scenario.

E.g. One work centre (2 mins run time) and related machine centre (2 mins run time), both start at the same time & end at same time. For this we can use parallel process with same time operations.

However, it doesn't change the start time and the end time of the next production order for the same item even though the capacity is 1 and concurrent capacity is 1. I tried using "Capacity Constrained Resources" and it corrected the end time but the start time stays earliest time.

Any suggestion for this?

You would need to only use work cenre (or only machine centre) and put the Concurrent capacity = 2.

Could you share a screenshot of the routing showing those 2 machine centers? They should be setup as parallel.
