A user reported an issue with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement add-in. With some messages we get Tracking failed. She forwarded the same e-mail, I tried to track the e-mail and also received the same error.
What could be the reason that some of the e-mails are tracked and some are not able to track?
Serious no one from Microsoft who can help me with this problem?

thank you for your time and answer, but I think this is not the same issue.
Some mails are being tracked and some are not. I added the dynamics 365 add-in for the first time today, she forwarded the same e-mail to me and I am also getting the same error "tracking failed".
I am not part of any other organizations just for the company I work for.
The setting is:
Email messages in response to Customer Engagement email. Only replies to or forwards of email messages that have already been tracked will be saved as email activities. This is the most common option.
