
I need help logging into our CustomerSource account. I keep getting locked out. When I try to click on the "help with logging in" it loops me back to the other pages. I do not see where I can speak to a support person. I am unsure how to proceed. I need to access the download page for GP, but I am required to log on to Customer Source first.
Please help?
To do that, you will need to contact itmbssup@microsoft.com or Voice@Microsoft.com, as those teams handle the access of internal sites and that area.
We here on the technical support desk for Dynamics GP do not have that ability.
If you need a specific file or media for Dynamics GP, open a support case and we can get you those files........
