I cannot get for lead form the Source Campaign lookup to add value.  We've gone through the steps, adding read only access to campagin entity.
These steps, no form error https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/customer-insights/journeys/marketing-fields#adding-lookup-fields-and-troubleshooting

Form populates all fields but this lookup. Shouldn't just like typing the name in placeholder text of field it work?

We've tried adding name, campaign code, etc no luck getting it to lookup the source campaing.
I have the same question (0)

This now works fine. It was just earlier version of CIJ forms not working properly

Hi thank you but that is outbound you are showing. However, the same configuration is set for real time form lookup and I'm hiding that field in real time form but it doesn't actually allow us to do a lookup for the value. When we type in the value of name or campaign code (like you show) just in real time. It won't map the value in the lead record.  Any idea how to get it to work? Source campaign is out of the box.  I tried account, another lookup and same issue.

Funny thing is if I unhide it and then fill out form it does the lookup fine.   Obvious the use is to hide and pass source campaign code or name to lookup to lead record.

How does microsoft propose we use hidden field lookup like source campaign to create lead from a form in real time marketing forms?

We can see it like you show.   We make source campaign a hidden field. We can put in text for lookup but it does not work - it does not lookup the campaign. All is correct in campaign name or campaign code - tried both.
Hidden fields like Option sets and choice fields all work just lookup we can't figure out why it won't actually lookup the field.

We've confirmed the view has those fields we are using for lookup.  The Marketing user security role has read only access, etc.

Can anyone get a hidden oob source campaign field to lookup properly on creating a new lead record?

    Hi Partner,
Do you mean you don't see 'source campaign' under 'Lead mapping'?
Or is it something else? Can you provide relevant screenshots?

I hope you can mark my answer verified if it is helpful! If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me.
    Regards,
    Leah
