AxCryptoServer - New encryption key created

Hi All,

For the past week we have been having issues with specific AX 2009 config files. Whenever we try to open the config files, the following error appears "The application object server is unavailable. Check your configuration and network connection". Troubleshooting the error was very difficult since everyday after some time the issue "fixes" itself. Whenever the ax 2009 config files start working again, there is always the following log in Event Viewer "Object Server 14: AxCryptoServer - New encryption key created". Unfortunately finding information online regarding this log is very difficult since there are as close as 0 results. I have looked into other threads where other people had the same issue (checking the port, checking the AOS service, service account permissions, changing hostnames to ip address in configuration, etc), but for now none have appeared to work.

Any kind of information would be of great help!
