Sales order Invoice report data showing incorrectly on Screen

Hello experts,

1* While invoicing a sales order, i'm checking PrintInvoice checkbox in the saleseditlines form , so it is showing report, but partial data only available in the report.

2* But after invoiced if i try to open the same invoice through SO-->Journal-->Invoice-->Preview/Print-->Copy preview or original preview, It is showing all the details correctly.

So every time user has to go for the second point to print invoice.

Please suggest me what could be the reason for this mismatch?.

Hi

you can redeploy report and check it can be solution.

or check with Admin Rights.

Hi,

When you print the invoice you should get a proforma invoice document.

Do you know if this proforma invoice document has been designed in the same way as your ordinary invoice document?

If this is not the case then you have an explanation for the different outcome.

In any case, I would recommend that you talk to one of your developers / report designers to find out what is going wrong with the proforma document.
