Hi everyone,
I tried configuring the User Experience under NAV 2017 through the company settings card. I can choose between “Basic“ and “Suite“. I selected Suite but ever since doing so, a lot of the menus and options I had access to have disappeared and I can't seem to find a way to restore them. FYI, my user is set with all permissions (SUPER).
For instance, I no longer have access to the Service department, which is crucial to my activity. RapdiStart is no longer accessible too. I applied the same setting under Cronus to make sure I had identified the source of my problem, and ended up with the same result.
The thing is, now that I have made a selection for the User Experience, I can no longer leave it blank like before. And I can't find a way to customise it either.
Any idea?

Do not touch this :-) Please refer to this post: markbrummel.blog/.../nav2017-applicationarea-the-mistery-of-disapearing-controls
Indeed, delete the record in the Application Area Setup to restore the defaults.
I find a way around it, credit to Mark Brummel Blog!
If you make the same mistake I did, just navigate to the Application Area and uncheck all boxes there. Voilà .
