Am trying to create a flow where when the record is created needs to create a record in other entity based on the condition, but am getting the expression result is false.

Hi,
Can you check response from first trigger (When record is created or updated)to see if you are getting the correct value for the field selected in condition expression.
Also, you should be using Common data service(Current Environment) connector to interact with CRM as legacy dynamics crm connector is going to be deprecated

As per your screenshot, it's returning the false in the condition. So can you please check the condition and value returning from the triggering point is matching or not?
Also as Bipin mentioned Dynamics 365 is deprecated so Kindly use the CDS connection to perform the operations with Dynamics 365.
