Hello All,
I have applied 10.0.19 PEAP (Preview) platform version (PU43) on my development box. Earlier I have been using 10.14 (PU38)
Now, I can't see Dynamics Menu and Application explorer are gone from Visual Studio 2015.
Can someone please help me on how to bring them back? Thanks.

Hi Vikky,
Support for Visual Studio 2015 has been stopped. Visual Studio 2015 is being deprecated as the primary development IDE for F&O by April 2021 - Microsoft Dynamics AX Community
You can install Visual Studio and apply the application update again to get the VS tools installed on VS2017. Or download/deploy a new VM where Visual Studio 2017 is already pre-installed and configured.

Another solution developers may want to consider is to install VS 2017 themselves on their current cloud hosted VMs (instead of deploying new VMs). This is a manual effort, but may help save time if you have other applications installed on your current VM.

If you're 10.0.19 update successfully installed it means you already have VS2017 on your VM and you can just use the X++ tools there.
