This update lookes suspect for several reasons:
- The webpage for the update says the current version is 2018-10, but is dated January 3, 2019. (The previous ‘2018-R10’ was dated October 15, 2018.)
- The release notes indicate that the Base code version will be 1.0.2.12. The version after 2018-R10 is 1.0.2.10. The slight change tells me that there is a base code (application code) update to be applied. There was no installer included in the package.
- The release notes indicate that several changes are included in the update, so the notes may be the correct notes.
- The kernel version indicated on the zip file (it looks like the kernel version anyway) is 6.3.6000.6425. This is a lower level than after 2018-R10, which is 6.3.6000.7155.
Has anyone actually installed this with success, or is it a bad deployment of the update?
