LS Central On-Prem integration with Shopify - Using Shopify Administrator

Hi All

We are working to integrate On-Prem LS Central with Shopify with Shopify Administrator, and we are able to connect it but facing some issues as mentioned below.

1. When we try to fetch order from Shopify then we are getting this error.
Error : - The Customer Order Management Setup does not exist. Identification fields and values: Code=''.
 
2. When we try to fetch contacts from Shopify then we are getting this error.
Error : - The Member Management Setup does not exist. Identification fields and values: Code=''.

But we are configured the Customer Order Management Setup and Member Management Setup already, still facing the same issue.

Does anyone have any idea about this, please help with your valuable feedback. (Please refer screen shot).

      Review the Shopify connector configuration to confirm that it's correctly referencing the setup codes you've created. If the connector is not mapped to the correct setup, it will fail to resolve them.

    4. Restart Services / Reinitialize
      After making changes to setup tables, try restarting the LS Central services or reinitializing the connector to ensure the latest configuration is loaded.

    💡 If the issue persists, enabling detailed logging or tracing during the fetch operation may help pinpoint where the lookup is failing.

    It’s more LS Central-specific.

    Even if you configured the setups, the error usually means the Customer Order Management Setup and Member Management Setup codes aren’t linked correctly in the LS Central Shopify integration setup.

    Here’s how to troubleshoot it cleanly:

    • Step 1: Validate Setup Codes
      • Check that both Customer Order Management Setup and Member Management Setup have valid, non-empty Code values. The error message referencing Code='' means the system is searching for a setup record with no code at all, which typically happens when the connector isn’t told what to look for.
         
    • Step 2: Confirm Default Setup References
      • Some LS Central integrations expect a default setup code to be explicitly defined in the connector or general configuration. If that reference is missing, even a perfectly configured setup won’t be picked up. Make sure the connector knows which code to use.
