track all new Outlook contacts automatically in CRM

Hi,

there's any way to track automatically contacts outlook directly in crm without use truck bouton.

    Hi,

    Follow the steps shown below to achieve the requirement

    Step 1. Enable the server-side sync for Appointments, Contacts & Tasks in Email Tab under System Settings as shown below

    Step2. Go to Synchronization option in System settings & enable the option as shown below for Contact, Appointment & Task

    Go to Options under your logon - Email tab and set Track to All Email Messages (as below)

    For Options under user logon will require server-side sync enabled in system settings otherwise it will not work

    Thanks for your feedback.

    But i'm asking to synchronize only contacts from outlook to CRM.

    I think it's not possible as refer here
