Smart assist and PVA integration

A customer is using chatbot to query some information, now the customer wants to talk to a live agent via and the chat is transferred to live agent and customer is chatting to a live agent.

Now, the customer wishes to place an order of product A. And The customer tells this via chatting to the live agent


Now in the agent side seeing the text place order a card must pop using smart assist stating do you want to place order. If the agent clicks on yes a new product create form must pop out
