I have a separate flow set up that once a response to the Customer Feedback survey from Customer Voice has been completed, for it to post a message in Teams. It's a very simple flow: MS Forms once a response is sent is the trigger, followed by Get Responses and then Post to Teams -- however, I'm not sure how to link it back to the ticket so I can also pull across the account name, the customer contact name as well as the Case number. Any ideas?
