Dynamics and Sharepoint online integration - Folder Creation

Hello,


I am using Microsoft Dynamics 365 online integrated with Sharepoint Online for document management.
My main goal with this integration is to link documents to quotes. With the current solution, the folder associated with a quote is only created in Sharepoint after you access the Documents tab in Dynamics.

I am wondering if there is a solution for this folder to be created as soon as the quote record is created in Dynamics, thus eliminating the need to access the Documents tab for creation of the quote folder in SharePoint.
