Transfer Order Quantity Scrapped

Hi All,

Warehouse 1 sent 10 quantity to Warehouse 2, Warehouse 2 received 8 Quantities. 2 Quantities are scrapped during transit process. How warehouse 1 will be charged to cost of 2 quantities as Warehouse 2 never received 2 quantities and must not be charged.

    Warehouse 2 must receive them otherwise they remain intransit forever. Once received they can either be returned or they can be scrapped and you decide what mechanism to charge - although it is all internal and a movement so do not make the cost an onerous costly method in itself.

    If there 2 units that where scrapped in transit, you can send them to an scrap account in the "receive" function of the transfer order screen.

    Fabricio yes you can scrap them as part of the receipt, but you still receive the full quantity in and scrap the quantity you want, it is 10 in and 2 to scrap for the traceability.
