Hello!
I have tagged my images with two keywords - the campaign for which the image is being used (Rewewal, Enews, etc) and the type of image it is (banner, header, icon, etc).
When choosing which image to add to your email, the search option lets you search by keywords (there is no option to search by name of image), so I choose both keywords, Renewal & Icon. Here's where I've run into the problem. The search then comes back with all images associated with Renewal (all banners, headers, icons, etc) and all images associated with Icon (any campaign, Renewal, Enews, etc). It does NOT show me only the images which are tagged both Renewal & Icon.
Is there any way, when adding an image to an email, to search by 2 keywords and have it show me only the images are tagged with both those 2 keywords?
If not, would you suggest creating one keyword for Campaign_TypeofImage rather than tagging each image with two keywords? For example: Renewal_Icon, Renewal_Banner, Renewal_Header, Enews_Icon, Enews_Banner, Enews_Header, etc
This is not as much of an issue when you are in Files because you can use the Keywords and the Search bar, so I've at least come up with a work around in that area. I am mainly concerned about searching for an image while drafting the email.
Looking forward to hearing back!
Thank you,
Rebecca
