Hello,
My problem: I can only see very few Navision items on my menu (http://imgur.com/vlI9qCu) while my colleagues can see much more (http://imgur.com/IQTnbX5).
I should be able to see all the same menu items as him, and I should at least be able to see the resource planning view because I have access to that one through my shortcuts.
What is the problem, or what can I do to fix this?
Any help is much appreciated.

Try to delete your Zup file and then Reopen. The zup file is in the following location
C:\users\<user name>\AppData\Roaming

Then I assume that you need to drag up the '.............' in the blue bar on top of Sales & Marketing.
Check the highlighted box in the screenshot.

With given your assumption, my guess is, you can hide / show items in deisgner, hence it has been hidden.
Right-click and try to unhide the items that you have to show.
