I have an education AboutVirtual Companies In Dynamics Ax .
What We Use Virtual Companies And How Can We Do ?
Virtual companies enable tables to be shared by multiple “Real” companies
The virtual company tables are used instead of the individual company tables
Do This Steps:
1.Administration > Setup > Virtual company accounts

2. In AOT Drag and drop the table(s) to your new table collection and save

Firstly virtual companies should be used with caution. Once you have started processing transactions in a production environment, undoing virtual companies can be very difficult.

Having said that. Imagine you have two companies in AX, company A and company B. Both companies are financial independent, however they both use the same vendors to purchase supplies. Instead of entering in the vendor information twice, once into company A and again into company B, you could create a virtual company called AB.

You would then create a table collection with the tables that represent the vendor information you want share, and add companies A and B to it. Then you would only need to enter in the information once, into either company A or company B, and it would be shared between the two companies.

    I hope that helps.

    Regards,
