in D365 F&O I want to attach a sub-asset to a fixed asset in order to calculate depreciation separately for both.
e-g Sub Asset is Engine & Main Asset is Car.

    Hi,
     
    You may create two different assets and a seperate asset to manage the relation.
    In this case you can see in a tree view on the raletion.
    You can see there is a field called parent asset.
