Hi guys,

We would like to use trace parser to check Batch job performance. Please advise which is the best way to collect trace on D365 FinOps? because the batch job runs ages and wait too long to stop tracing and get the etl file for analyzing.

0410.pastedimage1648089394387v1.png ==> The batch job has run for 4 hours.

Please advise me on that.

Many thanks

    Hi ETT,

Capturing AOS traces is only possible if the process being traced does not take more than a few minutes, so the Trace parser might not be a suitable candidate for troubleshooting this case and you have to find out why Batch job is taking a long time to execute in the first place.
