"the given key was not present in the dictionary" when qualify lead

Hello,

I am trying to qualify or convert a new created lead to both account and contact but a pop-up business process error show up telling me "the given key was not present in the dictionary", also when i empty the field fullname (firstname + lastname) the qualify run successfully, can any one help me please to solve this matter?

    You may have to contact Microsoft support and provide the log details including the timestamp and activity id. MS support can check it further.

    You can check if there's plugin which is triggered during the time. I have encountered the same error when qualify lead. And it's turned out that there a custom plugin which caused the error. Once I disable this plug-in, the issue is mitigated.
