Travel Requisition workflow error in Expense management

When I create travel requisition in Expense Management and submit through workflow for a user ,getting the following error.

SysWorkflow-submit SysWorkflowDocument-assertPermission SysWorkflowDocument-assert User xxx not found.

I have admin rights and using expense management delegate for the particular user to create an requisition

Hi

I get the same error... have tested this before - submitted on behalf (as a delegate) of an employee not set up as a user and could submit.

Workflow is fine with no errors and one active user in the user group.

Tested with all roles in the security diagnostics.

There is an account linked to the employee...

Please assist!!!!

If the issue occurs again, my suggestion would be to create a service request with us so we can check all the setup in place and further investigate.

Hi Heshu,

This message is quite general and might be caused by several issues. Some have been listed by Gunjan. Other times it can be caused by workflow delegation. If the work item is assigned to user Adam, and he has setup for workflow delegation (User options) to Patricia, system will try to assign to Patricia. But Patricia must be enabled and connected to employee - similar what has been discussed by Gunjan.

Yes user having permission..

I

now its working as I did multiple times login and log out.. not sure how it worked now..thanks for ur support
