Hi expert, I I don't have makecert.exe in my computer (windows server 2012) and I have Visual Studio web  Express installed . I tried to download from Microsoft, but failed.

Please advise! Thank you!

    Thank you Jose. I have downloaded it and I can see the makecert in C drive. But the command still shows makecert is not recognized as internal or external command. Please advise! Thank you very much!
