Nothing happens when I click 'insert extended text'

I am created a sales invoice. It's description is too long to fit in the description field. I believe if you add extended text, you can continue to write the description.
However, nothing happened when I clicked on it.

Any suggestions?

Did you first add the ext. text on the item card? You must do that part first. Perhaps that's why you dont get anything. More info here - Add Extended Text - Business Central | Microsoft Learn

Extended Text is used when the longer description is consistent for the Item.  If the description changes each time, than Extended Text won't really help you.

You have two options for custom descriptions:
    1) If the description is just a little longer than the 100-character limit, simply add a Comment line below your original Sales Line and continue with the description.  This will print directly below your first line on the report.
    2) If the description is very long, or copy and pasted from another source, there are free Extensions available on AppSource to allow a Word Wrap function to auto-parse the long description to comment lines below the original description.

    I hope this helps!

    Thanks @Yun Zhu,

For the first red box 'G/L Account Card', for the sale invoices, which account card should I select or can I pick any?
