TRXQTY vs. Overhead_Units_1 in Key2Act

Posted on by 70

Hi everyone,

For Time Track History (WS30702) there was an issue of what is defined as Hours/Units. We initially thought it was  TRXQTY.

For jobs that are Service  and labour, TRXQTY would have no value where OverHead_Units_1 would have a value.

Open Service Calls (SV000810)

Time track History (WS30702)

I have scripts that use SV000810 and are not pulling the correct QTY. What table do you advise that I use to get the proper QTY amount?

If I pull WS30702, it is a massive table and does not necessarily match the record in SV000810.

    Hi,

Can you tell me what version is listed next to: Microsoft Dynamics GP in the Help window of GP?   Go to Help > About Microsoft Dynamics GP from any window within GP.    You can also get there by clicking the little question mark in a circle in the upper right-hand corner of the main menu.

Also, can you please list out the product you see (or grab a screenshot) of the products under Microsoft Dynamics GP > Tools > Customize > Customization Status.   That will help me see what you have listed.

I don't have these tables listed in SQL in GP2018.

Are you using Microsoft GP or are you using Dynamics 365?  Maybe that is where the discrepancy is.  Those are two different product lines.   This forums area is for Microsoft Dynamics GP.

    Warmest Regards,

    Angela

    Hi Nusc,

This is Angela; I'm going to let the community try to help you with this one.  These tables (SVC00810/WS30702) don't appear to be Microsoft Dynamics GP tables and seem to be more 3rd party.   Hopefully someone in the community is able to assist.

    Warmest Regards,
