Theming the Customer Service Workspace app

I have published a Theme but it does not seem to have affected the Customer Service workspace. How can I change the colour scheme, especially on the NavBar?

Hi,

First, it is recommended to check if the Customer Service Workspace and the published theme are in the same environment. It will take effect only if they are in the same environment.
Secondly, it is recommended to check whether you have set the "Enable High Contrast" option, which may cause the theme to be ignored.

More often than not, it's a caching issue; once you've published the theme in the correct environment, it should propagate to all of your apps pretty much instantly. If it's still not displaying in your Workspace app, try reopening the app in Incognito Mode or similar, as there will be no cache to worry about. If that works, you can clear the cache in your browser and the theme should show as expected.

If it's still not showing there, try cloning the theme and publishing the newly cloned version.
