on the same machine some users facing this error but working fine with other users on the same machine also.

any idea ??

i check every thing (configuration utility and network connection)

    Hi,

    Can you verify the Registry settings of the configuration under the user SID. Login with specific user whose is facing an issue and access Hkey_Users and verify the correct values are found under the Dynamics configuration settings in regedit.

    Go to start menu and select Run command and enter regedit

    And then go to Hkey_Local_Machine/Software/Microsoft/Dynamics/6.0/Configuration/Original/Setup properties

    check the configuration details like AOSPort,AOSWSDL,AOS2 (right aos name).

    check the configuration details like AOSPort,AOSWSDL,AOS2 (right aos name).

    Note : Check the above configuration by the user, who is getting an error while opening AX user and correct the configuration. If something wasn't pointed correctly.

    ok i cheaked all registry files and everything is good

    You can try uninstalling the client in the user's machine and reinstall the client.
